Our Vacation Home located at 695 Alligator Drive, Venice, FL. across South Venice Civic Association.

This is a none smoking Home and has been refurbished to high standard interior features with an open concept living room; includes three piece sofa, coffee and end tables, rug and entertainment unit with flat screen TV, Blu-rey Disc/ DVD Home Theatre System and computer with internet connected directly to TV as a monitor, kitchen and dining area, 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms, easily accommodating 5 people -  this is the maximum accommodates for stay in the house.

Fully equipped kitchen with island and all new appliances provides the ability for you to prepare either a simple meal or a gourmet dinner, and you can choose to eat either in our breakfast table or in dining area located in the sunroom.

The master bedroom with a queen size bed and walk in closet near to the three pieces bathroom with bathtub located in a quiet corner of the house. The second and third bedroom offer a double and queen size beds, generously roomy closets and ceiling fans for healthy air circulation. The guest bathroom includes a shower, vanity and lavatory. All linen, towels are provided, and there is a hairdryer for your use.
